Golden Jubliee For High School
JSS High School was started in Suttur with around 37 students in the year 1962- 63
The school is set in a 65-acre verdant and picturesque campus with a conducive environment for learning. It has a perfect fuse of natural surroundings and modern utilities. We possess all the necessary facilities required for the academic and cultural growth of the children. The school provides free education, free food, accommodation, books, medical care, and uniform with a nominal fee.

Suttur Srikshetra is one of the prominent religious centres of South India.It is situated on the banks of River Kapila in Nanjangud taluk of Mysuru district.The place has a history of over a thousand years. Jagadguru Sri Veerasimhasana Mahasamsthana Math entrenched in Suttur by Adi Jagadguru Sri Shivarathri Shivayogigalu has a long tradition of more than a millennium which has contributed to the great societal changes.

Our school has a vast library with more than 39,000 books, magazines, journals, newspapers, and access to an e-library.
HOSTEL
JSS High School, Suttur has hostel facilities that houses more than 2500 students. It has separate blocks for boys and girls.
MULTI - GYM
The well-equipped multi-gym provides students with the opportunity to build their stamina to be better able to cope with the rigours of school life.
COMPUTER LAB
Our school has a well-furnished Computer lab with 70 computers and access to internet facilities.
